Beltane in the City

I was walking from St Paul's at Beltane with a friend, visiting the Mary Churches on the Beltane line towards the London Monument when we saw this hoarding. Synchronicity. I wonder though, why do developers have these names - Minerva, Dragon Knight and now Beltane? We passed a number of places where buildings had disappeared and new ones had appeared. The ever-changing cityscape - a bit disorientating.
