On my way to City Hall in the early morning spring mist. A contrast to my previous visit in clear sunshine. I was taking part in a workshop on how to make London a child-friendly city in the Mayor's new plan for London. Where the needs of children are placed at the centre of any new development, everyone gains and communities are formed.
