While I was in Edinburgh I went to the exhibition of Joan Eardley paintings at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. She lived in Catterline, not far from where I used to live on the north east coast of Scotland. This image stood out, bringing back memories of my time there. I once had the poster on my wall.
